Helping Hand Carers Support Group
This group is not to help you find residential care.
This group is a drop-in support group for carers to have a space to speak with other carers, to be able to find out what support, services and resources are available and how you can access them.
The group runs every Monday from 2pm to 3pm at West Faversham Community Centre
You can just pop into the group and grab some information resources, or stay for a cuppa and conversation!
