Helping Hand Carers Support Group

A drop-in support group for carers to have a space to speak with other carers, to be able to find out what support, services and resources are available and how you can access them.
You can just pop into the group and grab some information resources, or stay for a cuppa and conversation!
- Every Monday from 2pm to 3pm in West Faversham Community Centre (starting from Monday 19th June 2023).
- Free to attend - no need to book, please just turn up.
Please note, this is not to find residential care.
