Are you feeling worried, sad, stressed or lonely? Need to talk to someone? Download 7 Cups to access anonymous emotional support & counselling from trained active listeners. Easy to use text chat and real listeners available for you 24/7. Calm yourself with 300 free mindfulness exercises, get personalised care with the free wellness test, boost your mood with simple activities and learn & grow from short videos.

SuperBetter is at heart a simple and transformative idea – we can use the same strengths naturally displayed in game play to confront real-life challenges, build skills, manage stress & practice self-care. SuperBetter uses the psychology of game play in all of life. Playing SuperBetter means bringing a game mindset to real-life - challenging yourself, going for epic wins, adopting a secret identity, completing quests, battling bad guys, activating power-ups and checking-in with allies.

Happify's science-based activities and games can help you overcome negative thoughts, stress, and life's challenges. Clear Fear (4+)

Providing you with a range of ways to manage the symptoms of anxiety. Developed by a clinician co-collaboratively with young people, Clear Fear uses a Cognitive Behavioural framework to help you change anxious thoughts and emotions, alter anxious behaviours and calm fear responses. 


Move Mood (12+)

A free app to help young people manage the behaviours associated with low mood or depression. Created for stem4, teenage mental health charity, this clinically led app has been co-designed with input from young people. 


Worth Warrior: help body image (12+)

Worth Warrior is a free app created for young people to manage negative body image, low self-worth, and related early-stage eating difficulties or disorders.
