If you live within the practice boundary and need to register with a GP, please complete a Registration Form along with a Patient History Form. The information on the Patient History Form will help us to look after you, especially until your records arrive from your previous Practice. You may:

It takes approximately 5 working days to register you on our system, however, it may take longer for your medical records to be transferred to us from your existing surgery.

Once registered you have the right to see any of our doctors, but you may prefer one particular doctor so that you can receive a more personal service. We would encourage you to see your usual doctor for ongoing problems if possible. 

 

Live within boundary area?

Newton Place Surgery provides services for Faversham and the surrounding area for an approximate 5 mile radius from the town centre: Oare, Norton, Painter’s Forstal, Newnham, Doddington, Eastling, Stalisfield, Sheldwich, Badlesmere, Selling, Boughton, Dunkirk, Staplestreet, Hernhill, Dargate and Yorkletts. 

Please note that Teynham is not in our Practice boundary.

 

Out of Area Patients

Please note that we only consider existing patients for the Out of Area scheme, if it is medically appropriate, when they move out of our practice boundary. We do not allow new patients to apply to be Out of Area.
