- We Are With You - Working with you on your own goals, whether that's making small changes, stopping an unwanted habit altogether or just getting some advice. Get free, confidential support with alcohol, drugs or mental health from one of the local services or online. They also have a toolkit which is a free and confidential way to help you learn more about your drinking and improve your relationship with alcohol.
- Alcoholics Anonymous - A fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. There are no fees for an AA membership, just a desire to stop drinking.
