Diabetic & At Risk of Diabetes Clinics
At Newton Place Surgery we are committed to ensuring all our patients receive appropriate care for the management of their diabetes. We run regular diabetes clinics to improve the health and well being of diabetes sufferers.
We will contact you to arrange for your annual bloods/BP and foot checks-this is usually on your birth month. If necessary we will invite you to see one of the Practice Nurses or GPs after this if there are any queries or problems.
