Diabetic & At Risk of Diabetes Clinics
At Newton Place Surgery we are committed to ensuring all our patients receive appropriate care for the management of their diabetes. We run regular diabetes clinics to improve the health and well being of diabetes sufferers.
These reviews will take place in the month of your birthday and more frequently if the diabetic nurses advises. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to email/call us and ask to speak to one of our diabetic nurses.
