Welcome to Newton Place Surgery
At Newton Place Surgery the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient healthcare.
We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations, physiotherapy, osteopathy and an anti-coagulant clinic.
In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side.
Please have a look around and your feedback would be appreciated.
After careful consideration, research and following patient feedback, Newton Place Surgery would like to inform its patients that it is in the process of developing a 'Urgent Care Clinic'. Click the link below for more details about the Urgent Care Clinic.
The main aims of this service are:
To increase access to appointments and offer greater flexibility and convenience to patients
To better manage 'on the day' demand
To reduce the lenght of wait for 'non-urgent' appointments
To increase the number of 'pre-bookable' appointments available & to increase continuity of care
To reduce the number if unattended appointments
IMPORTANT Please Note
Due to our appointment system changing on Monday 13th July to accommodate Extended Opening Hours and a new Urgent Care Clinic, GP and Nurse Practitioner appointments can only be booked up to and including Friday 10th July.
If you wish to arrange an appointment with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner for after the 10th July, we advise that you contact the surgery in a couple of weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
